This spice comes from freshly dried and ground peppers.  This is a Spanish Paprika of mild heat and a good all-around flavor.

It is used liberally in European Cooking from West to East, it is a popular spice.  In Indian cooking, Paprika Powder is used in recipes requiring rich red gravies.  It’s also used as a garnish on rice, egg, cheese, and salad dishes.
